I have a couple of pocket sized Moleskines and a Rhodia grid pad from a long time ago. What I'm into now is Japanese-kitch covered spiral-bound books from the dollar stores.
I like the Keith Haring notebooks--fond memories of NYC and East Village culture, where I lived in the late 1980s through mid-1990s. He was a ubiquitous presence--I remember my Haring-designed AIDS Walk shirts, and the Keith Haring Swatch was a classic!
