A glass company I work with produces replacement glass for old buildings that matches the wavy quality to different degrees. I love the way old glass looks.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I learned in grade 5 science class many centuries ago,is that even though glass seems like a solid, it is really a liquid . . . the upper part of the pane becomes thinner over time and the lower portion thicker.
ReplyDeleteGood try, but glass is a solid; some may argue it is a super cooled liquid at room temperature - however if you study a little more recent thermodynamics research due to it being rigid it is considered a solid.
