Update Needed on Muhlenberg Study
In October, the City Council approved hiring of Heyer Gruel & Associates to conduct a study of the 17-acre Muhlenberg tract. The firm projected a six-month timetable that included four community meetings. Meanwhile, Councilman Adrian O. Mapp won the November mayoral election and took office Jan. 1.
The holidays and the extreme winter weather may have affected the schedule, but it would be good to have an update from the new administration on where things stand with the study. See posts here and here.

Two huge dumpsters were deposited behind the old Kenyon House, the current site for the new ER, JFK wants to move to make room for it's development.(They are on the lawn on the Randolph Road side). Someone should be taking a look and asking questions about their movements. JFK is most certainly moving forward with it's plan.
ReplyDeleteWhat we all would like to know is how can they be moving forward with their plans when their plans would require approval from the city council or zoning board. To my knowledge, this hasn’t happened. But we all need to keep the pressure on city council and the planning board.
