- Clergy push for 600 apartments on Muhlenberg site.
- Cecil Sanders was named PMUA chairman.
- UC Democratic Chairman Charlotte DeFilippo resigned.
- Multiple fiestas frayed some residents' nerves.
- Coriell Mansion got new owners.
- Former city landlord David Connolly was sentenced to nine years.for Ponzi scheme.
