As the search for a chief finance officer drifts its 34th month, this notice can be seen on the second floor of City Hall. Might have to cast the net a little further, eh?

    HELLO BERNICE !! EARTH TO BERNICE ! You have to understand that unemployment stands at almost 10% across America! I am sure most corporations, cities and states across the nation are suffering from the same lack of available talent with an almost 10% unemployment rate! Just open up the Help Wanted section of ANY newspaper or website and you will see the thousands of ads looking for CFO's.

    In Plainfield, it appears that a CFO is somewhat akin to a UFO . . . ya think?
    You keep hearin' them talked about but they are never seen by anyone!
