I'm glad I was still up at this hour, because a big noisy PMUA truck just visited, even though there is not supposed to be any service on the holiday. Just one of life's little anomalies in the Queen City. At least now I can try to sleep without further interruption.--Bernice

ReplyDeleteThey are getting more than OT. If you look carefully, you will see PMUA trucks operating at late hours doing suspect pickups of garbage. They claim it is for dumped material but the person "dumping" has a connection with the PMUA. They call it cash under the table where I come from.
